Q: Whether the products on the website are genuines and received the regular warranty service?  

A: Yes. All the products on are guaranteed to be genuines and enjoy our warranty service in Telego worldwide service centers. 


Q: What payment methods can I use?

A: Currently, you can use Visa, MasterCard and bank transfer. More payment options will be available in the future. 


Q: Can I change my shipping address?

A:  If you have not yet received your shipment notification you can amend your address details online via our self service on the website. If you are unable to modify your shipping details here, please contact us. 


Q: How long to receive my order?

A: Telego makes great effort to deliver your order within 3-5 working days from placing the order and finishing payment online. Telego is not liable for unforeseen cases beyond our control that delay the delivery such as: flight delays, adverse weather conditions, or congestion. 


Q:  What should I do if the package was received by the wrong person?

A:  Please contat Telego or the shipping company you have chosen for help. 


Q: What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?

A: In case of any problems with your delivery, Telego will contact the carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please contact Telego service centers.
